What does the halo cost?
Pricing starts at $400. There will be additional costs if we need to add extra hair or any upgrades like highlights or fashion colors. Adding human hair extensions for fill in will cost an extra $50-$200. Contact us at halowigco@gmail.com for a free consult and quote.
How do I know if I have enough hair?
If you have a medium to thick amount of hair you probably won't need to fill in, we can determine if you have enough hair through pictures or a virtual consult. If you do not have enough hair you can ask friends or family members with the same hair color/texture for a donation.
What is the halo wig made out of?
The halo wig is made out of your own hair or donated hair. The hair is sewn onto a soft breathable cap made of 95% bamboo cotton and 5% spandex. The edge around the cap is silicone backed elastic to help your wig stay in place.
Can you color my hair?
The Halo Wig Company cannot color your hair, if you would like your hair a different color please have your stylist color your hair before you cut it. We do offer add in highlights or fashion color extensions that are already pre-colored at an additional cost.
Will insurance cover the cost of my wig?
Sometimes insurances cover wigs under the HCPC A9282 with a prescription from your doctor. This prescription must include a diagnosis code of alopecia or chemotherapy induced hair loss. Call your insurance and see if you have the benefit for a wig. The Halo Wig Co is not contracted with any insurance companies so you will have to pay up front and submit to your insurance personally.
How long will it take for me to receive my halo wig?
Typical turn around time is 1-2 weeks with ground shipping. You may choose to upgrade your shipping and receive your wig faster. When I receive your hair I will call you with a quote and an ETA of when your will will arrive to you.
What is your return policy?
*By submitting an order form you understand that you give permission for The Halo Wig Co LLC to make a custom wig with your hair. This process is irreversible and there are no refunds or returns.

We want your halo to fit comfortably so that you love it! If your cap is too tight or too large please contact us, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to send your halo back for adjustments.
